Moose Our Family Member

Hello,

I found some pictures of our cat Moose.

Moose is dead now.

Before I tell the story of his death, I will tell you the story of his life.

Before I do any of those two things, I want you to look at the pictures of Moose that were taken about three years ago, so there is an idea of what this cat meant to us.

He wasn't just a cat. He was our Moosey Goosey.

He was a family member.

He was nuetered also.

Title 18 Racketeering US Code Information

I believe that it is important to explain what Title 18 is by posting the US Code Collection in part, so that it is clear what a County is supposed to do by law, and by posting the US Code Collection, the law being broken can also be clearly seen.

This US Code deals with racketeering under Title 18 of the US Code.I must give credit to the Legal Information Institute for having this information available to the public. We are not affiliated with the Legal Information Institute with this case. This information came from their website located at: http://www.law.cornell.edu/

Death Threat Found In Our Car On, September 4, 2005 Posted by Picasa

My War Dog Bandit Is Dead

Hello,

This is a post that is on another blog when our dog Bandit was killed. I put that here first because this is recent, and after the death of Bandit, we recieved a death threat that was written on lined paper, and put in our car. The day that the note was found, someone went into our back yard, and killed my four year old dove........but that is another story. I was not able to go out into the back yard for two weeks since the dove was killed, and on going out there finally, and cleaning out her cage, I knew that I had to start this blog. The scanned jpg. of the death threat will follow this post that was written in my time of grief.

Thank You,

I sent this letter to my dear friends after finding out my dog Bandit is dead. I will post each animal mutilation that has taken place over the last eight years now because of this retaliatory action. I want people to know what happens to Butte County residents if they find out the truth about anything in this Corporation Town called Oroville. I am not the only one. My Father's Dog was done in about a week ago. My friend Leela had her baby kitten chopped in half only leaving it's head and two front paws, and they laid it at her front gate. It just happened to be her four children's favorite kitten. Anyone reading this blog that has had their animals mutilated because you have known about Butte County Corruption, please post here. Here is the letter.
Dear Everyone,
My son David and C.J. decided to feed our dogs at the other property because I couldn't go with all of the dead cats. My son was stung by a wasp, and then they found my dog Bandit dead. I went through it, and didn't see any humaness in these people. I dearly loved Bandit, and he saved my life many times. He was eight years old, and Queensland Heeler and Pit Mix.
I feel the need to tell of his life, so I can let him go. When Bandit was about a year old, and I was at the Lincoln Blvd. property, I came home to find our German Shepard Dead, and Bandit had a three inch around wound to his head. He lived through seeing the German Shephard killed by someone taking a crow bar, and putting it through his choke collar and twisted it until it broke his neck. Nothing was done as usual, and Bandit obtained a different attitude than any animal that I had ever had. He would only eat at night, and ususally only when I was there after multiple poisonings taking place to other dogs we owned. I would go out at night when we were stalked constantly, and ask him where are they, and he would show me by looking at that direction, and giving a quiet growl. Bandit and I were best friends when I had no one to talk with, and he was so good. Many people did things to him to try to kill him. He had his collar tightened, so it would choke him twice. He was let off of his chain many times, so he would most likely get hit by the cars on Lincoln Blvd. The thing was that Bandit would never let anyone get near him if they were not a family member, and I still wonder who did those things to him. Bandit survived the arson fire, and then was stuck up at the property with the enemies, and I couldn't go up there at all because of threats. Susan and Donald Etter had him go hungry, and then William Blankenship broke his jaw, and did horrible things up at the property. William left, and we found Bandit with a bullet wound that was infected. I finally got him home to my house with Wes, and Bandit was pretty happy. The bullet wound healed up well, and I had my dog back to tell me when there was ever a problem. He only barked if something was really there, and he was dependable. I didn't have to be paranoid because he knew if someone was out there or not, and I could just take action instead of wondering if someone was really out there again or not to do something to us. On the seventeenth of December. Our house was illegally condemded and sold, and we were running for our lives, and recieving near daily threats and followed everywhere by the bad cops. We had to leave Bandit at the property. Bandit saw thirty three cats die since we were gone. We used to do animal rescue of cats. Bandit saw Wes' dog Gremlin killed a few weeks back. Bandit was found blown up really large, and the last dog that was poisoned was Rocky, and Bandit was next to him too. Rocky was my son's dog, and we found him after we had just seen him fine a half hour before dead, and blown up like a balloon, and his head had been hit with cement bricks, and his eyes had no color left, and he had brown eyes, and they were white. Bandit is in similar condition. Why do we keep having dogs some people ask, if all people do is kill them. They are my friends, and have saved our family from certain death many times, and we had to have them. I needed them for love and protection as there were no safe people in my life. I think I will tell about each dog that has been killed first, so this trauma can leave me. I have had so many things happen that I have not told anyone else that would listen. Whenever I spoke of the animal mutilations, most people would say well you can't prove that, or didn't help us, or didn't care, or ask me why I had a dog that people could kill, and why was I doing this to myself. It was other people that killed them. It's not bad to want a companion, and protection. Bandit loved me, and I loved him. He did a good job protecting me. He went through a lot, and now that I have others in my life to protect me like you fine people, and we will be on the road probably, now he is gone. I will surley miss him. Thanks for listening.

Why This Blog Was Created....Continued........

This Blog has been created for the many "Animal Victim's" that have given their lives in our battle with "Butte County Terrorism." My own family has had animal mutilations take place over the last eight years. Other families who have stood against Butte County have had their beloved pets mutilated as well. With this blog, I intend to have all the pets that gave their lives in this war acknowledged, and show the people how, and give some reasons why these crimes are allowed to take place. I will show how all of the Butte County Agencies employed through LAFCO Corporation orchestrate a families demise through this hideous way of terrorizing a family into silence. I will not be silent. I know this: I was silent, and my animals were mutilated. I was silent, and my house was burned to the ground. I was silent, and I still had murder attempts often. I was silent, and my home was invaded. I was silent, and my daughter was abducted. These last two were retaliations from the previous. So, why should I be silent? The actions are the same if I am silent or outspoken. I choose to be outspoken, and I encourage others to be outspoken as well, so an end can come to Butte County's Terrorism on the people who don't have a voice. The poor, the homeless, single parent families, etc...... Be prepared, as this blog will not hide the hideous. If you feel that you don't have a strong stomach, don't read this blog. I will end as in the movie, "Thunderheart" was said: "PEOPLE KNOW."
